Terms for purchase

Standard purchase terms for consumer purchases over the internet apply. Consumer purchases are regulated in the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Personal Data Act and the Credit Purchases Act.

Unless otherwise agreed, the products are sold with a 2-year complaint period for defects / defects.

The purchase conditions together with your order, confirmed through an order confirmation, constitute the overall contractual basis for the purchase. We are responsible for transactions through the website.

We reserve the right to make errors in prices, text / specifications, and that certain items may be sold out.

Payment

Payment is made through Stripe or Paypal.

If you order through a company and want to pay with an invoice, a fee of NOK 35 will be charged. There is no charge for invoices that can be sent electronically.

Freight

We use Posten / Bring to send goods. Delivery time is usually 1-4 working days, some areas / times 4-6 working days. Shipping price depends on the order size and delivery area. If the package is not picked up by the customer and returned, a fee of 250, - will be added. If the goods are not in our warehouse, and the delivery time exceeds 7 days, we will contact you with an updated delivery time.

The packages can be tracked via tracking number from Posten / Bring.

Pickup

When picking up, you can pick up the item in Tuterudkroken 11, 2007 Kjeller by appointment. Contact us on tel. 47 24 72 80 to arrange collection, so that we can have the goods ready for you.

Delivery

If you have chosen delivery in Oslo or Lillestrøm as a shipping alternative, we will contact you normally within one working day and make an appointment. Delivery takes place no later than two working days after ordering if all items in the order are in stock, unless the customer has agreed otherwise.
